Your continued use of the Website and services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
7.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Henshu.ai regarding the use of the Website and services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
7.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
8.1 Refund Eligibility: Henshu.ai offers a refund policy for certain circumstances. You may be eligible for a refund if you encounter a technical issue with the services that prevents you from utilizing them as intended. Eligibility for a refund will be determined by Henshu.ai in its sole discretion.
8.2 Refund Request: To request a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase or service utilization. The refund request must include a detailed explanation of the technical issue experienced.
8.3 Refund Evaluation: Henshu.ai will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may require additional information or documentation to assess the validity of the refund request.
8.4 Refund Decision: Henshu.ai reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances: Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
a) If the technical issue experienced is beyond the control of Henshu.ai, such as issues related to your device, internet connectivity, or third-party services.
b) If you have already utilized the services extensively and the refund request is made after the specified refund eligibility period.
c) If you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
8.6 Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other product or service offered by Henshu.ai.
8.7 Changes to the Refund Policy: Henshu.ai reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Website.
